Every elderflower variety has a unique aroma and it took us over a year to find, finesse, balance and bottle our ideal bouquet. The outcome? A pourable posy of florals, citrus, sweet honeyed-apricot and crisp green grapes. With a clean, off-dry Riesling and brioche finish, Marionette Elderflower is distinct yet delicate and remarkably versatile.

Nothing about this liqueur happened by accident. It was a meticulous, year-long process that saw us spend almost as much time scouring the Australian countryside for the right varieties for elderflower as we did developing the product. Carefully tended blooms from Victoria’s Yarra Ranges form its fragrant foundation, select purple elderflowers add aromatic depth, and a precise blend of orange, lime and lemon blossoms enhance its floral notes.
