A blend of Victorian green and blood plums, built on a base of Reed and Co Shochu and finished with a touch of Melbourne Sake.
A celebration of summer; this liqueur opens boldly with a vibrant green plum acidity balance with the savoury undertones of Shochu. A rich mid-palate unfolds, leading to a fresh finish accented with sake.
A perfect interplay of upfront plum acidity highlighting the juicy flavours of fresh green fruit, complemented by the chocolate notes of Blood Plum.
